To reset your crazecards password

1. Click on My Account at the top of the Crazecards website

2. Click on Lost your password? (Bottom left of your screen)

3. Enter your username or email address

4. Click on Reset Password

5. A link to reset your password will be sent to your email

6. Update your password in your email

7. You should now be able to login with your new password

If you are get a message saying 'incorrect email or password' when you try to log in to your Crazecards account, here are a few suggestions:
  • There may be a typo in the email address you used to create your account. Feel free to email us and we'll be able to help locate the account. Please include the first and last name used to create your account.
  • If you have several email addresses you may have signed up using a different email address. Try logging in with a different email to see if you can access your account.
  • The password you are trying may be incorrect. Try resetting your password.
Just send us a quick email providing your username and email address and we will delete this for you.

Crazecards does not offer customer or technical support over the phone. The best way to get in contact with us is to send a help request to us via email at hello@crazecards.co.uk.

We do check emails throughout the day and respond quickly during our regular business hours. On evenings, weekends, and holidays it may take a bit longer for a response but our goal is to answer all messages within one business day.

To update or change your account email, sign into your Crazecards account and click on your name at the top of any page to link to your Account Settings. Click here to go to go directly to the sign in page.

Under the Account section, you can update the account name and email address. Just enter the new email address and click Save.

You cannot change the account email to one that is already in use by another Crazecards account. This email address will become the primary email that you use to log in going forward.

MEMBERSHIPS & BILLING

Crazecards offers 3 levels of membership to suit your needs. To see full details of Crazecards membership plans, check out this page. We have 3 types of membership level. Eco, Friendly, and Premium. Click the ‘choose’ button underneath the heading of a plan to give our 7-day free trail a try. Take a moment to review your membership order to make sure you have selected the correct membership level. Add your payment details, then submit and check out. Important Note If you sign up for a premium annual membership, you will be charged for the entire year.  Annual memberships will last a full year and cannot be partially refunded after only one month. If we feel that you are using the site in order to gain access to our products unreasonably then we reserve the right to cancel your free trial without reimbursing your original fee.

If you are a new customer you can click on products that are free. You will need to add your contact details before ordering.

If you have signed up for a free 7 day trial then products will be free depending on your membership level. Once the trail period has ended you will be billed depending on the type of subscription you have chosen. You can cancel anytime.

When you sign up for a membership, you will be able to use Crazecards under your free trial period at no charge. At the end of the trial period, the charge for membership will be issued.

If you are not satisfied with your membership, you can cancel at any time.

If you order a Crazecard and you have made an error, you entered the wrong recipient email, you will not be entitled to a refund. If you have a membership you can resend the product. If you don’t have a membership, email us and we can go through some options.

Refunds will not be provided for annual membership subscriptions after the first month.

For security reasons Crazecards verifies your billing information.  The information must match what your credit/debit card company has on file.  This includes card number, expiration date, security code, street address, city, state, and postal code.  Any discrepancy would result in an error message.

The most common issue is with the billing information that was entered.  If there was a problem processing your credit/debit card, please double check your payment card information and try again.  This indicates we were unable to authorise your payment details.

If you are not able to identify the problem send us an email stating your username and email and we will look into this for you.

To cancel your membership, sign into your Crazecards account. Click on Membership Levels at the top of the page. Click on the Membership Account Link next to Home>>. Click on the Cancel link and follow the instructions.

You can either add your promotional code when you go to the cart or when you continue to the checkout. Don't forget to click 'apply coupon'. You should see a message letting you know that the code has been applied.

A free trial gives you a chance to try one of our paid memberships for free during a 7 day trial period. Simply choose the membership plan that’s right for you. Explore all Crazecards membership plans here.

How it Works:

ECARD & EVITE DESIGN

You can personalise your eCard design with your own special message as follows:
  • Click to choose your design
  • Add your message in the space provided

When the recipient views the card it will pop out of an envelope and open up after 6 seconds.

Here are some reasons why your eCard or eInvite may not send: Email Issues:
  • You have entered a typo for the recipients email address.
  • The email address does not exist (we will receive an error message if this is the case).
Phone Issues:
  • You have entered an incorrect number for the recipient.
  • The number you entered is outside of the UK.
  • The number you entered is not a mobile number.

You can personalise your eInvite design by adding your party details as follows:
  • Click to choose your design
  • You now have specific areas where you can complete your party details such as name, address, date, time, venue.
  • When you have entered all of your details you can change fonts, colours, and type.  Please be aware that the recommended colour, size, and type of font has been added to each design.  If any changes you make alter the look you may find that your information is not readable for the recipient.  Please be careful when making style changes.
Once you are happy with your design you can continue the ordering process. For more detailed step-by-step instructions view the 'how it works page'.
You can choose from a selection of design templates that give you the option to add your own photo. These designs will be shown with a photo tab in the top right-hand corner.
  • Choose a photo design.
  • Click on the 'browse' button to upload your image.
  • Important: Please choose a photograph that is similar dimensions to the example shown.  It should be a quality image with no blurring. If your photograph looks stretched or blurry please remove and add a more appropriate image.  You want your design to look professional!

If you decided you don't want a photograph please remove the image and choose a different design without a photo template.

At the moment we don't have templates for you to add an image to your eCard but this is something we are working to develop.
Yes. Crazecards has the facility for you to choose a future date from a date picker calendar. After personalising your design click continue. Here you will be given the option to 'untick' send immediately. This will allow you to choose a future date.

Yes. When an eCard or eInvitation is sent to a recipient they can share via email or share on social media. They will need to either forward the email or copy the link to share on a Facebook page or other social media site.

If you want to share a product to a page then use the social media links at the top of the Crazecards website.

Once you have ordered your product you will get an order confirmation.

If you chose to send immediately then your ecard or evite will be send instantly. If you sent it by email the recipient would need to:
  • Open their email account and look for a message saying you have a new Crazecard.
  • They need to click on the button link to view the Crazecard.
  • They can open the design again by refreshing the linked page.
If you sent it by text the recipient would receive a text message to their phone with a shortened link to the design.

If you scheduled your design then the above will take place at 6am on the date you have chosen to send.

No. The texting facility is only available for products purchased in the UK. If you try and send a text message outside of the UK it will send us an error message and you will be billed for the cost.

If you are sending worldwide please use the email facility.

No. Unfortunately there is no facility to edit your design after it is sent.

If you make an error you can always send again. If you have a membership then this will be free as part of the plan. If you don't have a membership then you can contact us for some options to resend. We may provide you with a voucher code.

E-LEARNING DOWNLOADS

  • Click on the e-Learning menu option and choose one of the categories such as fun, interactive, etc.
  • Click to view the product you are interested in.
  • Your product image will now be enlarged.
  • Hover over the image to zoom in and see it in more detail.
  • Click on the 'Order' button and this will add your product to the cart
  • Go back to the e-learning menu to continue shopping or click to go to the shopping cart.
  • Check you can see the correct product(s) and quantities and proceed to order.
Once you have ordered you will be sent an email with a link to your downloadable product.
  • The link will contain the name of the product(s) you ordered and will be on the right side of your invoice email.
  • Click on the link and you will be given the option to save your downloadable file.
  • Save this file to a location on your computer.  It will be in a zipped folder format.
  • Sometimes your software will automatically unzip this file for your convenience. If it doesn't you usually just need to right-click on the folder and choose the unzip option or extract files option.

If you did not receive your downloadable link or can't locate the link then please contact us via email (hello@crazecards.co.uk) so we can sort this out for you.

Yes. All of our products come with full answer files or answer sheets so you can feel confident teaching with these resources. This will also be of great benefit if you are using these answer sheets when marking work.

Yes. Resources can be purchased via our payment methods just like any other transaction.

Most resources will come in PDF format if they are worksheets or answer files. Some resources can be opened with MS Office Applications such as a presentation in PowerPoint or an Excel Spreadsheet. You won't need any specific software other than this. However, if you are purchasing computing resources there may be some specific products you need such as Scratch, Python or Visual Basic. This will be outlined in the description before you purchase.

We have two levels of Membership you can purchase, which allow you to download any product from our site and have access to full site content. The Friendly Plan for £3.99 a month or the yearly plan for £29.99 per year.
